onyxpathas began in January 2019 with a straightforward observation: Singapore's hospitality sector maintained exacting standards for guest experience, yet automotive rental services operated with transactional efficiency rather than hospitality sensibility. The disconnect was particularly evident in services targeting professionals and private occasions where vehicle presentation mattered as much as functional transportation.
Our founding team included former hotel operations managers and automotive specialists who recognized that luxury car rental could benefit from hospitality protocols. The concept was to treat each vehicle engagement as a hotel would approach guest services—with attention to presentation, timing precision, and discreet coordination.
